Stop by The Yards Athletic Club today to sign up for our 12 Days of Fitmass Challenge! Starting Monday, December 10-Friday, December 21st, we provide you with 3 workouts per day to get you kick started into your 2019 fitness goals! Simply pick up a calendar, have a staff member sign off once you’ve completed the days workout, and watch your points rack up!
